Meet Our Team

Founded by an international family with deep roots in Koh Lanta, our team is led by Will Richwell, a Bangkok-born Thai national with over 18 years of management experience. His partner, Anke Voermans Ruaydee, a Dutch national and entrepreneur, has lived in Thailand since 19. Fluent in Dutch, English, and Thai, she brings expertise in business, marketing, and communication.
